The division is headed up by Professor
Kim Lovegrove and Managing Partner Stephen Smith. Lovegrove and Smith
combined have 50 years of legal experience. Both lawyers have
done numerous VCAT appearances in areas ranging from construction,
to planning, to practitioner advocacy in misconduct
proceedings. Professor
Lovegrove is a conjunct professor at the University of
Newcastle in NSW in building regulation and certification.
